Job summary

Welcome Pickups is seeking a Service Partner Specialist to ensure our fleet and dispatcher partners deliver consistent, high-quality service. You will monitor performance frameworks, support onboarding, and coordinate monthly capacity planning across destinations.

You will work closely with Destination Operations Managers, escalate issues, and transform processes into scalable playbooks for teams to use.

• Proactive with AI/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to the performance management framework across teams.
• Escalate gaps or failures to the owning team on time.
• Verify partner onboarding is executed and track status.
