Resolv Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to own client-facing conversations from kickoff to resolution. You will onboard and train clients, troubleshoot issues, and be the trusted liaison across Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering.

Ideal candidates stay calm under pressure, learn software quickly, and take personal ownership of the client experience while driving renewals and upsell opportunities.

Formación

• 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success or related client-facing roles.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos or trainings.
• Comfort learning new software workflows quickly and independently.
• Able to troubleshoot and distinguish symptoms from root causes.
• Strong communication with clients at different levels; ownership mindset.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients through kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, training sessions, and Q&A.
• Become a trusted point of contact for clients after launch.
• Monitor client adoption and identify issues before they escalate.
• Respond quickly when a client is blocked or needs immediate assistance.
• Lead difficult client conversations with empathy and sound judgment.
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues.
• Ask diagnostic questions and identify root causes.
• Translate client issues into actionable information for Product/Engineering.
• Track open issues through resolution; prevent items from falling through the cracks.
• Gather client feedback and identify recurring pain points.
• Help improve processes, documentation, and client success playbooks.
• Identify renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities with Sales.
• Manage multiple client conversations, projects, and priorities.
