Job summary
Slate Auto is seeking a Regional Partner Operations Specialist in the United States to lead relationships with Delivery Partners who transport, inspect, and deliver vehicles. You will coordinate with Fulfillment, Logistics, Service, and other teams to drive process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in vehicle delivery and/or automotive distribution.
- Proven track record overseeing relationships with third party service providers.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Be the face of Slate to our Delivery Partners.
- Serve as the main POC between Delivery Partners and Slate’s internal teams.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for Delivery Partners.
- Validate and approve monthly invoices.
- Track costs vs. plan and suggest cost-saving improvements.
- Implement inventory reporting and cycle counting with Delivery Partners.
- Assist Delivery Partners with vehicle repairs prior to delivery.
