Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, logistics, transportation, or related fields is a plus.
• Minimum two years of experience in transportation, logistics, customer service, operations support, or a related environment.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, identify trends, and support operational decisions.
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen partner relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for assigned Partner Carriers.
• Drive operational performance by monitoring daily activity and partner service levels.
• Resolve shipment challenges with urgency and coordinate root-cause solutions.
• Support partner onboarding and compliance through training and documentation.
• Deliver reporting and business insights using daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Collaborate across Operations, Linehaul, Sales, and Customer Service teams to meet objectives.
