Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Manager, Partner Operations to lead agency governance, resource planning, and delivery optimization within Solve Studio. You will balance partner capabilities, capacity, and business priorities to support scalable operations and improved utilization.

The role focuses on staffing strategies, central partner networks, and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Finance, and Procurement. Remote-friendly with travel up to 10% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher AND 7 years of experience in agency operations, creative operations, resource management, studio management, marketing operations or a related discipline.
• Experience managing resource allocation, capacity planning and staffing decisions across multiple projects.
• Experience supporting or managing agency partners, freelance talent, production partners or external marketing suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Agency Partner Operations and Governance: build relationships with approved agency partners and serve as the primary operational contact.
• Maintain partner performance and utilization data to inform staffing and investment decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding, governance tools and escalation paths for partners.
