Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Manager, Partner Operations for Solve Studio to act as the operational hub between Solve Studio, agency partners and project teams. You will govern partners, plan resources, and route work to deliver efficiently while balancing capacity and business demand.

You will shape the future operating model by creating scalable approaches to engagement, delivery, and optimization across the marketing ecosystem. This role is remote and US-focused with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and substantial experience in agency/creative operations.
• Experience managing resource allocation, capacity planning and staffing across multiple projects.
• Proven ability to evaluate work requirements and choose delivery models (internal, agency, blended).
• Strong financial and analytical acumen for budgeting, utilization and spend.

Responsibilities

• Oversee agency partner governance, performance, and onboarding standards.
• Coordinate resource planning and routing to optimize delivery models.
• Maintain visibility into capacity, demand, and partner utilization.
• Lead forecasting and workforce planning with Operations, PM, and leadership.
