Solventum is seeking a Project Manager to lead Solve Studio projects, ensuring on-time delivery, scope alignment, and high-quality outcomes in a remote setting.

Responsibilities include turning briefs into executable plans, coordinating kickoffs, managing timelines, and tracking progress while proactively identifying risks and enabling teams to focus on strategic work. Domestic travel may be required and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5 years of experience in project management within creative services, marketing operations, or agency environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; familiarity with creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Convert approved briefs into detailed project plans, timelines and workback schedules.
• Coordinate project kickoffs and align on timing, deliverables, and review expectations.
• Manage timelines, milestones, tasks, dependencies, and day-to-day delivery activity.
• Track project health and maintain timely status updates; identify risks early and propose options.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure work moves through the process.
