Solventum is seeking a Manager, Partner Operations to act as the operational hub for Solve Studio, connecting agency partners and project teams to optimize staffing and delivery. You will govern partner relationships, drive performance, and support scalable operating models for a global marketing network.

The role emphasizes governance, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration to balance business needs and maximize value in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 7+ years in a relevant operations field.
• Experience managing resource allocation, capacity planning and staffing across multiple projects.
• Experience with agency partners, production partners or external marketing suppliers.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of integrated marketing workflows and partner governance.
• Experience onboarding, scopes of work and retainers.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with approved agency partners and serve as the primary operational contact.
• Monitor partner performance, utilization and effectiveness to inform staffing decisions.
• Drive consistency in onboarding, engagement and evaluation of partners across Solve Studio.
• Coordinate agency business reviews and maintain scorecards and reports.
• Maintain visibility to assignments, spend, and engagement requirements with Operations, Finance and Procurement.
• Lead resource planning and delivery optimization across projects and maintain capacity forecasts.
