Job summary

Savance is seeking a Partner Marketing & Enablement Manager to lead the partner-program experience and the marketing and enablement infrastructure behind it. You will collaborate with Channel Sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership to turn partner interest into qualified opportunities and help the program scale as the partner network grows.

You will own onboarding, education, campaigns, and sales enablement resources, while measuring engagement and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B partner marketing or channel enablement.
• Self-starter with ownership of projects and results.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, campaigns, and pipeline impact.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and translate product info into partner resources.
• Comfort with CRM data, marketing automation, reporting, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own partner-program onboarding, communications, resources, calendars, and incentives.
• Create welcome journeys, product education, webinars, guides, and training resources.
• Plan and execute targeted partner emails, co-marketing, and product campaigns.
• Develop partner presentations, messaging, and sales toolkits with sales.
• Segment partner audiences, track engagement, and report on outcomes.
