Avalara, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Partner Insights to lead analytics for its partner ecosystem, turning data into strategic decisions and executive reporting.

You will build a high-performing team within Data & Analytics, embedded in the Partner domain, and define metrics standards for partner leadership. Qualifications

• 12+ years in analytics, FP&A, or BI leadership in SaaS/tech at scale.
• Experience turning data into executive-ready financial models and business cases.
• Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Partner Insights analytics team and roadmap.
• Define and standardize partner performance metrics and definitions.
• Lead AI-enabled analytics and self-service BI initiatives.
