Job summary

Avalara seeks a senior leader to shape and scale our partner ecosystem. You will own strategy across engagement, communications, content, and digital experiences, driving a cohesive partner experience at scale.

Reporting to Partner Programs leadership, you’ll lead a team of senior professionals and collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, Sales, Product Marketing, PR, and Corporate Communications to align programs with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in partner-focused or alliance roles with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to scale partner engagement and communications in complex environments.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication with influence across orgs.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into action.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overarching partner ecosystem engagement strategy.
• Lead partner communications strategy and governance across channels.
• Oversee end-to-end partner content lifecycle and operations.
• Drive digital partner experiences and improve self-service engagement.
• Partner with Marketing, Enablement, Sales to win with Avalara solutions.
