Job summary

Pie Insurance is seeking a Digital Account Specialist to own and grow a large partner portfolio. You will drive proactive business development, autonomously address client needs, and meet performance quotas while representing Pie with professionalism.

You will build agency partnerships, engage CSRs and producers, and leverage data to guide strategy. This remote US role offers comprehensive benefits and rapid decision-making in a fast-paced company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in Business Development and/or Client Relationship/Account Management.
• Commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Adaptable to changing goals and fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication.
• Interpersonal skills and audience tailoring.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite and Looker.
• Demonstrated success in ownership and accountability for performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service communication and drive outcomes with existing partners.
• Build and engage with outside agency partnerships to increase engagement, submissions, binds, and premium.
• Collaborate with partner CSRs, producers, and principals to influence production.
• Represent Pie in meetings, seminars, and events with partners.
• Develop and manage relationships with retail partners to drive premium.
• Regular meetings with agency Producers and CSRs.
• Use analytics to identify partner trends and influence strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices and initiatives.
