Job summary

Pie Insurance is seeking a business development professional to maintain partner communications and drive submissions, binds, and premium. The role focuses on building strong relationships with retail partners and influencing production through meetings, seminars, and networking events.

The candidate will track performance metrics and industry trends to support forecasting and strategic initiatives, leveraging Salesforce, Google Suite, and Looker for data and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development or client relationship/account management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM and data tools is preferred.

The Right Stuff:

• Competitive cash compensation with base range of $25.25 - $30 USD per hour.
