Job summary

Pie Insurance is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to onboard and offboard agency partners, ensuring they utilize self-service tools for efficient support. You will coordinate CRM/portal configurations and assist with agency documentation and commission-related inquiries.

You will support new agency setups, help with offboarding processes, and align headcount data and job descriptions. Strong collaboration and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in a high-volume customer contact environment preferred.
• Ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills when required.
• Ability to solve simple problems within the team with guidance and creativity.
• Ability to develop collaborative working relationships and fully commit to decisions.
• Experience with G-Suite, Salesforce, Slack, and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard agencies, ensuring use of self-service tools.
• Coordinate systems to match customer changes and needs.
• Assist with back-office tasks such as agency document requests and commissions questions.
• Handle customer email requests with accuracy and timeliness.
