Job summary

Pie Insurance is seeking a Digital Account Specialist to manage and grow a partner portfolio (200:1). You will drive proactive business development, address client needs, and meet performance quotas while maintaining professional representation of Pie.

The role emphasizes relationship management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize partner earnings and retention. Remote role with US-based eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total professional working experience in Business Development and/or Client Relationship/Account Management.
• Commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Adaptable to changes in goals, priorities, workflow, and role responsibilities in a fast paced, results driven environment.
• Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and presentations) to deliver complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to tailor approach to audience.
• Proven ability to set and achieve personal and professional goals with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service communication and drive outcomes with existing partners.
• Engage with outside agency partnerships to increase engagement and premium submissions.
• Represent Pie in meetings with partners and at events to maximize opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with retail partners to drive profitable premium.
• Meet with agency Producers and CSRs regularly to influence production.
• Use analytics to identify partner trends and inform strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices and strategic initiatives.
