JustMarkets is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to expand our network of business partners in Egypt and beyond. You will build strong relationships with existing partners, attract new ones, and help increase trading activity, directly impacting growth.

You will work in a dynamic, multilingual environment, with opportunities to travel for industry events and collaborate with marketing, loyalty, and events teams to implement market development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development within financial services in Egypt.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, global, multilingual environment.
• Proven results in international markets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels and client profiles.
• Demonstrated leadership and a holistic vision for business development.
• High integrity, professionalism, and dependability.
• Excellent team player with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and onboard new partners while nurturing existing relationships.
• Manage a portfolio of mid- to high-level partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
• Develop market development strategies with marketing, loyalty campaigns, and events.
• Represent the company at industry events, with occasional travel.
• Support partners in increasing trading volume in USD.
• Meet and exceed KPIs with a focus on growth.
