Job summary

JustMarkets in the United States is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to expand our network of business partners in NAF and guide growth.

You will build strong relationships, attract new partners, and help increase their trading activity while ensuring compliance and collaborating with marketing and events teams. This role offers remote work options and a focus on international partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales, Partnership, or Business Development within a financial services company servicing NAF countries.
• Proven track record of results on international markets.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with clients and diverse internal teams.
• Leadership and a holistic business development vision.
• High integrity and dependability.
• Ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-moving, global, multi-language environment.
• Fluency in French, English, Arabic and Berber; Turkish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of Go To Markets strategy.
• Build and manage a portfolio of mid-level and high-level partners by acquiring new and growing existing ones.
• Handle partner relationships and coordinate issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate on market development strategies with internal marketing, loyalty and events teams.
• Participate in industry and partner events; travel may be involved.
• Help partners increase their Trading Volume in USD.
• Retain partners and help them reach new levels.
• Attract and qualify new partners to target levels.
• Reach KPI targets set by management and strive to exceed them.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
