Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a post‑sale revenue role within a SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding GRR and NRR targets across a named account or portfolio book of business.
• Experience managing customer relationships through and alongside channel partners or resellers.

Responsibilities

• Post‑close engagement during implementation: establish relationship with customer and implementation partner from day one; monitor health signals and identify risks.
• Post go‑live: own GRR and drive NRR through upsell, cross‑sell, and upgrade motions with partner collaboration.
• Conduct regular health reviews with reseller partner; forecast renewal outcomes and ensure on‑time renewals.
• Own renewal motion for your book, forecast accurately, engage customers and partners ahead of renewal, and close renewals at or above contract value.
• Drive activation of Intuit Agent Studio as a retention/expansion lever in customer conversations.
