Rapid Finance seeks an experienced Partner Relationship Manager to attract Referral Partners and introduce Rapid Finance cash advance and loan products. You will support Business Development, manage lead sources, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive revenue.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in business development, strong phone sales, and a passion for helping small businesses. This role is based in Bethesda, MD with an option to work remotely within the DMV area after a training

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development or related role.
• Knowledge and appreciation of small business.
• Strong phone sales experience and ability to maintain partner relationships.
• Experience in financial services, lending, or mortgage industries preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business partners with daily engagements to drive production.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective Partners and expand partner network.
• Perform data analytics to identify opportunities and inform strategies.
• Travel to visit Partners, attend conferences, and explore new markets.
• Develop and deliver strategies to attract new Partners and increase production.
• Oversee partner onboarding, communication of new products, and process improvements.
• Support Business Development with campaigns, accounts, and contact management.
