Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Partner Development Specialist for the Northeast within the Distributed Infrastructure IT Sales division. This remote position covers MA, CT, RI and Southern New Hampshire, within the Northeast territory.

The role focuses on selling assigned product lines, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through distributors and direct customers. Travel and training are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical or IT industry and/or sales.
• Possess a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• No immigration sponsorship for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT etc.

Responsibilities

• Sell assigned product lines to targeted customers in the Northeast territory.
• Achieve assigned sales goals and optimize volume, mix, and margin.
• Coordinate sales activities with distributors, customers, end users and specifiers.
• Provide sales and technical assistance with distributors and customers.
• Prepare bids and quotations using company guidelines and pricing.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and customer needs.
• Plan promotional events with distributors to promote Eaton’s position.
• Travel within the territory for customer training and engagement.
