Job summary

Join is seeking a Partner Contracts Specialist to manage contract processes for indirect channel partners. This fully remote role operates in a multinational environment, handling onboarding, activation, amendments, maintenance, reporting, and closure.

The contract is for 6 months with extension options. Working hours are 13:00–22:00. Salary is 5,000 RON net per month. English and Spanish are mandatory; you will collaborate with international teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, back-office, procurement, shared services, or commercial support.
• Advanced English – mandatory.
• Advanced Spanish – mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage signing, activation, maintenance, and termination of partner contracts.
• Set up contracts and purchase agreements in internal systems.
• Process contract changes incl. entity/address mergers and affiliate additions.
• Manage product/discount associations for partners.
• Support business stakeholders on contract processes and procedures.
