Lokalise is seeking a Senior People Partner to translate business priorities into practical HR strategies across Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success in a remote-first company. In a distributed environment, you will partner with leaders, model compensation cycles, oversee headcount data, and manage EOR engagements across European jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Business-first, human-forward HR mindset.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, incl. 1 year in senior HRBP/HR leadership.
• Experience with fully remote or distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for remote work.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance, talent development, and org design.
• Proactive use of AI to increase impact.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate goals into HR strategies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as dedicated People Partner for G&A and GTM functions across a distributed, remote-first workforce.
• Lead priorities across talent acquisition, employee engagement and development.
• Partner with Finance to model compensation cycle budgets and translate headcount data into recommendations.
• Manage EOR engagements and multi-country compliance across European jurisdictions.
• Lead complex ER cases with external legal advisors where needed.
• Drive org design work: job architecture, level changes, promotions.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering and People Ops for a coherent, company-wide approach.
• Bring a business-first perspective with data-backed recommendations and proactive momentum.
• Drive continuous improvement of People processes in a remote environment.
