Job summary

Join is seeking a Partner Contracts Specialist to manage contracts for indirect channel partners in a fully remote, multinational setting. You will oversee onboarding, activation, amendments, maintenance, reporting and closure of partner contracts, working with various internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, 1–2 years of contract administration experience, and advanced English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, back-office, procurement, shared services, or commercial support.
• Advanced English – mandatory.
• Advanced Spanish – mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and prioritisation skills, especially with deadlines and high volumes.
• Good Excel skills and experience with CRM, ticketing, or database systems.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage signing, activation, maintenance, and termination of partner contracts.
• Set up contracts and purchase agreements in internal systems.
• Process contract changes such as legal entity updates, address changes, mergers, acquisitions, and affiliate additions.
• Manage product and discount associations for partners.
• Provide support to business stakeholders on contract processes and procedures.
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other support teams to resolve contract-related cases.
• Prepare standard contract templates and business communications.
• Extract and analyse contract and partner data for reporting purposes.
• Prepare regular status and volume reports.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, confidentiality, and audit requirements.
