Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a broad range of transactional agreements.
• Coordinate contract reviews with legal, sales, finance, and compliance teams.
• Support bid/RFP processes by identifying contractual issues and advising on responses.
• Develop contract playbooks, templates, and clause libraries to improve efficiency.
• Lead and participate in contract lifecycle management activities.
