Waymo LLC is seeking a qualified professional for its Partner and Vendor Audit Team in a remote US role. The position reports to the Head of Partner Audit and oversees audits of external partners to verify conformity with agreements, laws, and ethical standards across the Waymo ecosystem.

You will collaborate with partners to address issues, implement corrective actions, and provide guidance on regulatory changes while keeping leadership informed of remediation outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Safety, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the enterprise audit activities related to partner continued conformity with Waymo's partner standards.
• Review audits of partners to assess their adherence to agreements, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with partners to address compliance or conformance issues and implement corrective action plans.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions and Waymo SME sign-off
• Provide guidance to partners on conformance with best practices and regulatory changes.
• Provide regular updates to leadership about partner remediation performance
