Job summary

Waymo LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to guide the simulator program and coordinate across engineering, product, and testing teams. This remote-friendly role focuses on building scalable simulator platforms for autonomous driving applications and expansion into new markets.

You will drive roadmap alignment, set performance metrics, and oversee end-to-end program delivery while collaborating with safety and hardware teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with two years of related experience.
• Two years of large-scale project management experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop simulator multi-platform strategy in partnership with engineering and product leads.
• Define OKRs, KPIs, roadmap and success criteria for simulator.
• Create ML model development plans to improve simulator realism.
• Integrate release processes with onboard software cadence to improve transparency.
