Job summary

24-MAG LLC seeks experienced Transactional Attorneys for a part-time, remote consulting engagement focused on technology transactions, contract drafting, and AI evaluation. You will review agreements, simulate negotiations, and help define standards for contract analysis and legal judgement.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in-house experience with MSAs/NDAs/ISDAs and derivatives, and can contribute to evaluation frameworks for AI-assisted legal tasks. Remote, task-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, derivatives documentation, and related commercial agreements.
• Demonstrated contract-drafting, negotiation, and redlining expertise.
• Understanding of legal and commercial risk allocation.
• Exposure to AI, legal technology or related training initiatives is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and analyse agreements used in technology and commercial transactions.
• Work with MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, derivatives documentation, and related agreements.
• Identify contractual risks, ambiguities, and drafting weaknesses.
• Assess whether provisions accurately reflect intended commercial arrangements.
• Apply professional transactional standards throughout contract-review workflows.
• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses and legal reasoning for quality and accuracy.
• Develop objective evaluation frameworks for contract-related tasks.
• Collaborate with product, research, and technical teams on contract-review initiatives.
