Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining across commercial agreements.
• Review AI-generated responses to contract scenarios and provide legal feedback.
• Develop evaluation criteria, rubrics, and quality standards for AI performance.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to refine processes.
• Apply legal judgment to identify risks, ambiguities, and negotiation strategies.
• Contribute expertise to improve AI systems for contract review and negotiation.
