Job summary

Headspace is seeking part-time therapists to join a remote nationwide network. You will provide teletherapy to members using HIPAA-compliant video platforms and EMR, with flexible scheduling and a requirement for 10+ sessions weekly when possible. A licensed Master/Doctoral credential is required to practice in the US.

Work with a collaborative care team and benefit from stigma-free, high-quality mental health support. Compensation is per-session, determined during interview.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy.
• Independent clinical license in good standing (Master/Doctoral level BC-TMH if required).
• Ability to offer at least 10 sessions per week and to adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT) and measurement-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality tele-therapy to Headspace patients via HIPAA compliant video platform.
• Complete, sign and lock clinical notes in EMR within 48 hours of each session.
• Maintain licensure records and keep availability calendar up to date.
• Collaborate with health coaches, therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers.
