Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences. This part-time role offers a 5-, 3-, or 2-day weekly schedule, a pay range of $20.57 to $27.60 per hour, and fully paid training.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups under BCBA guidance and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress. Opportunities for growth toward BCBA roles and ongoing professional development are available, along with a 401(k) match and mileage

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; HS diploma acceptable with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
