Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate to service the Cleveland East, OH area. This remote role requires travel to store locations, driving a personal vehicle, and mileage reimbursement; the position offers 20–25 hours per week at an hourly rate of $15.50–$16.50.

As a TSA, you will build displays, increase product distribution, replenish secondary displays, and collaborate with store leadership to execute merchandising plans.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years food merchandising experience preferred but not required
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Sell and ensure best in class merchandising and displays
• Execute retail priorities and strategic plan within assigned stores
• Report weekly activity and expenses, including promotions
• Report daily activities using tablets and systems
• Travel within the assigned territory and manage 6–10 accounts per day
