Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Continuous Part-Time Sales Associate in Cleveland, OH, offering flexible schedules of 20-25 hours a week. You'll be responsible for managing the distribution of Hershey products across multiple accounts, and achieving sales goals.

This role requires driving in assigned territories, reporting on activities via tablets, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers. The hourly rate is $15.50-$16.50, depending on experience. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license.
• Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Must be able to lift 10-40 lbs regularly.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 3-4 years food merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey Items.
• Achieve merchandising objectives using displays.
• Report weekly activities and expenses.
• Use tablets to submit daily activities.
