Job summary

GoFasti is seeking an English-speaking PART-TIME SDR Team Lead based in Latin America and able to work remotely. You will lead a small SDR team, keep them on track to hit monthly appointment goals, and coach for better outreach results.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a proactive approach. This is a part-time contract with a payroll platform, remote work across LATAM.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience leading a sales/SDR team.
• Strong grasp of SDR workflows: prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting.
• Experience with Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
• English proficiency at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SDR team (currently part-time, 10am-2pm).
• Ensure SDRs hit the monthly appointment-setting goal.
• Monitor daily activity, call quality, and use of sales tools.
• Coach SDRs on outreach and improve conversions.
• Report progress to leadership and support onboarding.
