Jobgether is seeking a part-time SDR/BDR to proactively prospect small condominium management companies in the US and identify high-potential organizations. You will research and approach key decision-makers through multiple channels and conduct consultative discovery calls to understand prospect needs before presenting solutions.

This role is fully remote from anywhere in Brazil, 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Formación

• SDR/BDR with B2B sales experience is required.
• Strong communication and discovery skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a sales pipeline.
• Experience in condominium management or real estate is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect small condominium management companies and identify high-potential opportunities.
• Research and approach decision-makers through multiple channels.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand prospect needs.
• Qualify opportunities and flag potential strategic partnerships or acquisition interests.
• Maintain accurate records and update the pipeline in the CRM.
