Sapien (YC) is hiring part-time outbound callers to contact prospective clients by phone and schedule introductory meetings for our sales team. This fully remote role provides structured support with scripts, lists, and training to help you succeed.

You will work three hours per day, five days a week, during U.S. business hours, earning $30.00 per hour plus commission for each qualified meeting held. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifikationen

• Comfort speaking with new contacts by telephone.
• Clear, professional spoken English.
• Willingness to follow provided scripts and accept coaching.

Aufgaben

• Place outbound calls to prospects from lists provided by the company.
• Follow call scripts and qualifying questions.
• Schedule qualified introductory meetings on the sales team calendar.
• Record call outcomes and notes in the CRM after each shift.
• Send templated follow-up messages to prospects requesting more information.
