Sentara Medical Group is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for a Physician Practice setting in a remote role. The RN will provide care in an ambulatory clinic, perform triage, assist with exams, administer meds and immunizations, and coordinate referrals and follow-up with physicians and staff.

Requires ADN; BSN preferred, 1–2 years ambulatory/clinic experience, and an active RN license. Strong documentation and population health outreach skills are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 1–2 years ambulatory/clinic/medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state; NCLEX-RN completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a physician practice or ambulatory clinic.
• Assess patients, assist with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications and immunizations.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up, and continuity of care.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
• Support population health outreach and education.
