Zusammenfassung

Sentara Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for a physician practice/ambulatory clinic in a remote setting. You will assess patients, assist with examinations, administer medications and immunizations, and coordinate care with physicians and staff.

The role requires an ADN with NCLEX-RN; BSN is preferred. 1–2 years ambulatory/clinic or medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred. A current RN license is required and competency with the electronic health record is expected.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensed in the state with NCLEX-RN completed.
• Ambulatory/clinic or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.

• Triage patients by phone and in person and coordinate care.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications and immunizations; document care.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up; provide patient education.
• Maintain safe clinical environment and accurate EHR documentation.
