Thomas Cuisine is seeking a part-time Recruiter for a remote role supporting full-cycle recruiting across the business lines and locations. You will be the primary contact for candidates and hiring managers, guiding the process from intake to onboarding handoff while upholding a positive experience and compliant practices.

The ideal candidate brings recruiting or HR experience, strong interviewing skills, and excellent communication.

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding handoff.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for openings.
• Review resumes against position requirements.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in‑person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare candidate summaries, interview feedback, and updates for managers.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting documentation.
• Support onboarding activities after offer acceptance.
• Ensure fair, compliant hiring practices.
