Responsibilities

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application
• Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices
• Anticipate issues and provide alternative setup methods
• Stay up to date on internal system changes and educate impacted departments
• Identify and help fix technical problems with Engineering and Product
• Collaborate with Analytics to target content to consumer segments
• Identify error trends and help implement procedures to mitigate errors and reduce costs
