Job summary

Ibotta, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Business Operations Associate to join our team and contribute to making every purchase rewarding. This remote role requires Nevada residency, with a schedule of up to 25 hours per week, Mon-Fri 2pm-7pm MST, and one potential weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application.
• Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and procedures.
• Anticipate issues and provide alternative methods of setup or delivery.
• Stay up to date on internal system changes and educate impacted departments effectively.
• Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems alongside Engineering and Product teams.
• Work closely with Analytics to target content to unique consumer segments.
• Identify error trends and collaborate cross-functionally to implement procedures to mitigate errors or build tools to reduce costs.
