Responsibilities

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application
• Communicate and gather cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices
• Anticipate issues and provide alternative setup or delivery methods
• Stay up to date on internal system changes and educate impacted departments
• Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems with Engineering and Product teams
• Collaborate with Analytics to target content to unique consumer segments
• Identify error trends and work cross-functionally to mitigate errors or build cost-saving tools
