• Eagerness to learn a variety of technical systems thoroughly and efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to mitigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong desire to learn and navigate internal technical systems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application.
• Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and procedures.
• Anticipate issues and provide alternative setup or delivery methods.
• Stay up to date on internal system changes and educate impacted departments.
• Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems with Engineering and Product teams.
• Work with Analytics to target content to unique consumer segments.
• Identify error trends and collaborate to mitigate errors or build tools to reduce costs.
