Ibotta, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Business Operations Associate to support campaign setup and operations. This role works remotely from Iowa and collaborates with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and other teams to implement best practices and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Must live in Iowa and be able to work up to 25 hours weekly.
• Experience using G Suite and Excel with strong attention to detail.
• Able to collaborate across departments to troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application.
• Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and procedures.
• Anticipate issues and provide alternative methods of setup or delivery.
• Stay up to date on internal system changes and educate impacted departments effectively.
• Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems alongside Engineering and Product teams.
• Work closely with Analytics to target content to unique segments of consumers.
• Identify error trends and implement procedures to mitigate errors or build tools to reduce costs.
