Job summary

Ibotta is seeking a Part-Time Business Operations Associate to contribute to campaign setup and performance while learning the operations side of the business. Hybrid cross-functional work with various teams will align on best practices and procedures for efficient delivery.

The role emphasizes staying current with internal system changes and collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Analytics to optimize processes and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Experience with G Suite and Excel.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Willingness to learn multiple technical systems.
• Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application
• Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and procedures
• Anticipate issues and provides alternative methods of setup or delivery
• Stay up to date on internal system changes and updates/educates impacted departments effectively
• Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems alongside Engineering and Product teams
• Work closely with Analytics department to target content to unique segments of consumers
• Identify error trends and work cross-functionally with other departments to implement procedures to mitigate errors, or build tools that will reduce Ibotta's operational costs
