Job summary

Ibotta, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Business Operations Associate to help align campaign setup and performance with cross-functional teams. This role offers a hands-on view of our operations and a chance to learn multiple internal systems while contributing to cost-saving initiatives.

You will work up to 25 hours weekly, primarily remote from Nevada, with a 2pm-7pm MT shift, and occasional weekend flexibility. A strong eye for detail and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with G Suite and Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to learn multiple internal systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application.
• Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and procedures.
• Anticipate issues and provide alternative setup or delivery methods.
• Stay up to date on internal system changes and educate impacted departments.
• Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems with Engineering and Product teams.
• Work with Analytics to target content to unique consumer segments.
• Identify error trends and implement procedures to mitigate errors or build cost-saving tools.
