Ibotta, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Business Operations Associate to join our innovative team. This role learns the operations side of the business and collaborates cross-functionally to align on best practices for campaign setup and performance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve processes while upholding our core values. The position is fully remote, based in the United States, with a 25-hour workweek and a schedule that may include occasional weekend

Qualifications

• Proficiency with G Suite and Excel tools.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn multiple technical systems thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application.
• Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and procedures.
• Anticipate issues and provide alternative methods of setup or delivery.
• Stay updated on internal system changes and educate impacted departments.
• Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems with Engineering and Product teams.
• Collaborate with Analytics to target content to consumer segments.
• Identify error trends and help implement procedures to mitigate errors and reduce costs.
