Job summary

Braven, a national nonprofit, is seeking a Part-Time Substitute Leadership Coach to support Braven's Accelerator Learning Labs when LCs are absent. This role is remote from GA, IL, NY or NJ, part-time, temporary through December 18, 2026, with six hours per week and an $25/hour rate.

Training will be provided and you will report to the Associate Director, Volunteer Operations. You will lead a two-hour virtual class for a cohort of 5-8 Fellows, collaborate with Braven staff, and participate in LC

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking.
• Experience facilitating in virtual environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two-hour virtual class for a cohort of 5-8 Fellows using an established curriculum.
• Meet with Braven team to prepare and practice content.
• Attend LC trainings (~6 hours) to be equipped to facilitate Learning Labs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
