Job summary

Braven is hiring a part-time Substitute Leadership Coach to facilitate Braven's Accelerator Learning Labs for Fellows when regular coaches are absent. The role is remote from GA/IL/NY/NJ, offering 6 hours per week at $25 per hour with training provided. Start immediately through December 18, 2026, with potential extension into 2027.

Reports to the Associate Director, Volunteer Operations. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of teaching or public speaking experience, strong Zoom skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with teaching, facilitation and/or public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs as a substitute for absent LCs.
• Prepare to facilitate Braven content by meeting with the Braven team and practicing independently.
• Attend LC trainings (~6 total training hours) to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to facilitate Learning Labs and work with Fellows effectively.
