Job summary

Braven, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Substitute Leadership Coach to join the Volunteer Team in External Affairs. This remote role requires evening and weekend availability and involves leading Braven's Accelerator Learning Labs for a cohort of Fellows using a structured curriculum.

You will train with the Braven team, gain experience in teaching and facilitation, and report to the Associate Director, Volunteer Operations. The position runs August–December 2026 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs as a substitute for absent LCs.
• Prepare to facilitate Braven content by meeting with the Braven team and practicing independently.
• Attend all LC trainings (~6 total training hours) to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to facilitate Learning Labs and work with Fellows effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.
