Job summary

Braven is seeking a Part-Time Substitute Leadership Coach to facilitate Braven's Accelerator Learning Labs for Fellows on a remote, part-time basis. The role supports the External Affairs Volunteer Team and reports to the Associate Director, Volunteer Operations.

Training is provided, and candidates should have teaching or facilitation experience and comfort with Zoom. Hours are evenings/weekends during the fall semester; compensation is $25/hour with a fall-to-wearly seasonal schedule from

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking.
• Exceptional teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking skills.
• Familiarity with Zoom and facilitating in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs as a substitute for absent LCs.
• Prepare to facilitate Braven content by meeting with the Braven team and practicing independently.
• Attend LC trainings (~6 hours) to be equipped to facilitate Learning Labs and work with Fellows.
• Other duties as assigned.
